Overview

At Theme Photography, i strive to provide my clients with high quality photography services and a positive experience. Please review my refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Booking Fees & Deposits

• Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the session.
• Partial refund or credit if cancelled 3 – 6 days before.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the session.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session may transfer the deposit to a future session ( 1 month).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session will forfeit the deposit.
• Photographer Cancellations:
  • If we must cancel due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule or issue a full refund of any payments made.

3. Refunds After the Session

• Once a photography session has taken place, refunds will not be issued except in cases of: (does not comply to workshops)
  • Technical failure or loss of images before delivery.
  • A proven failure to provide the agreed service.
• Dissatisfaction based on artistic style, poses, or subjective preferences does not qualify for a refund, as artistic interpretation is part of the creative process.

4. Digital Products & Prints

• Due to the digital nature of images, no refunds are available once edited photos or galleries have been delivered.
• Printed products (albums, canvases, etc.) are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. Delivery Issues

• If for any reason you do not receive your images within the promised timeframe, please contact me immediately. I will resolve the issue as quickly as possible or offer an appropriate partial refund where applicable.
