By booking a photography session, attending a workshop, or purchasing images from Theme Photography (https://themephotography.co.uk), you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Theme Photography offers equestrian photography, private portraiture (family, child, and model portfolios), commercial event coverage, and photography workshops.

2. Booking & Cancellations

• Session Fees: A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your date for private sessions (Family, Model, Workshop or Event).
• Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 1 weeks notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.
• Workshops: Camera Workshops are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescedulled date.

3. Safety & Liability

• General: While I take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, clients and workshop participants attend at their own risk.
• Equestrian/Workshops: Equestrian sports and outdoor/indoor workshops involve inherent risks. Theme Photography is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to your personal equipment (cameras, etc.) during a photography session or workshop.
• Supervision: A parent or legal guardian must be present for the duration of any session involving children under the age of 18.

4. Copyright & Image Use

• Ownership: I, James Slater, retain the full copyright to all images produced.
• Personal Use License: Clients are granted a license for personal use (social media, personal prints). You may not sell my images to third parties or magazines without a commercial license agreement.
• Model Portfolios: Models are granted a license to use images for their professional portfolios and agency submissions.
• Proofs: Screenshots grabbing or downloading watermarked “proof” images from the website without purchase is strictly prohibited.

5. Model Release & Privacy

• Promotional Use: I may use images from any session or workshop for my portfolio, website, and social media promotion.
• Opt-Out: If you (or a model/family) prefer that your images remain private and are not used for my marketing, please notify me in writing before the session begins.
